I recently booked a driver (town car) for my boss to take up to the City for her anniversary dinner. First, I called just the day before and they had everything booked and confirmed within 30 minutes. Shawn is even text savvy, which is a plus for my busy schedule. Second, I had to make last minute adjustments to the pick up time the day of, Shawn was quick to adjust my invoice and email an update copy. Third, the BEST! to my surprise when I looked out the window, Shawn arrived 15 minutes early (a good thing)! in a sleek black limo! a FREE upgrade due to some last minute corporate picks up. My boss was very excited with the upgrade and even more excited that it was free! The limo was fully decked out and it even had champagne chilling on ice for them. Shawn made my job easy!
